Nishil Patel

Nishil Patel is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Mulvaney Capital, having joined in July 2025. He oversees all non-investment functions including business infrastructure, operations, finance, and compliance, while driving strategic initiatives and managing key business relationships. Nishil also plays an active role in the firm's regulatory and governance framework.

With a career in financial services spanning over two decades, Nishil has experience across both public and private markets. Prior to joining Mulvaney Capital, he held Board memberships, COO and senior operational roles at Origin Asset Management LLP, a global equity asset manager; Heptagon Capital LLP, a multi-strategy investment manager; and Quality Capital Management Ltd, a UK-based managed futures CTA.

Nishil is a qualified accountant and holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He completed the CFO Program at Wharton School and earned a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Loughborough University.
