Keith Hazley

Non-Executive Director

Keith Hazley joined the Board as a non-executive director in June 2024.

Keith currently serves as a Director of Waystone Management Company (IE) Limited, and he is Head of Investment Oversight for Waystone in Europe. He was previously founder and the head of risk and portfolio management at Lambay Capital Limited, a MiFID company acquired by Waystone in 2016. He has served as an independent director on several boards of hedge funds and other MiFID entities and operated as director and head of investment for various hedge fund companies.

Keith has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Trinity College, Dublin, a Master of Business Administration degree from City of London University and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, London.
