Ursula Newman

Non-Executive Director

Ursula Newman joined the Mulvaney Capital board in June 2024 and brings long-standing experience in international asset management and investment banking.

Ursula has held C-suite and/or board positions at several hedge funds, including Eisler Capital, Finisterre Capital and Altima Partners, as well as senior executive positions at both HSBC and Deutsche Bank. She has particular experience in optimising corporate, regulatory and ethical governance, and delivering improved operational efficiency and integrity. These responsibilities have included regulated and unregulated funds with a variety of investment strategies.

Ursula holds a law degree from the University of Bristol and qualified as a solicitor at Macfarlanes.
